The staff at Monteverde Lodge & Gardens were exceptional! They knew our names and provided personalized service. the on-site restaurant offered phenomenal food, with delicious dishes presented like what you get on a cruise ship. the free breakfast menu was a refreshing change from boring buffets. the bartender was awesome! the rooms were updated and offered beautiful views. We enjoyed the butterfly pavilion and saw plenty of wildlife, including monkeys. the hanging bridges and tram at the Sky Park were also enjoyable.

Felt privileged, nothing to complain about.

My partner and I had an amazing time at Monteverde Lodge & Gardens. We stayed for a week and enjoyed every moment. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and remembered our names. The location was stunning, surrounded by nature trails and wildlife. The room had a breathtaking view of the cloud forest. The food at the restaurant was exceptional and served with great care. We also loved the little surprises the staff arranged for us, like turn down treat trays and complimentary beverages. We highly recommend this hotel.

the upgrade to a nice room with balcony at the lodge exceeded our expectations. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and spacious. The bar and breakfast offered delicious drinks and food. The lovely gardens with wildlife added to our luxurious holiday experience.

The location of the hotel is convenient as it is only a short walk away from a shopping mall and the town center. The rooms are lovely with modern amenities and have beautiful views of the gardens and distant mountains. The staff is friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service. The restaurant serves delicious food and the breakfast is remarkably good. Additionally, the hotel offers various facilities such as a pool, massage area, and yoga space.

The hotel lacks cleanliness as there is dust everywhere in the rooms and the garden is not well-maintained, with leaves scattered all around.

We got great value for our money at the hotel, with a charming and well-decorated room, made us feel immersed in the forest. The location was convenient for catching the bus to the cloud forest, and the staff treated us with great professionalism and made an effort to get to know us by name.

The breakfast option could be improved by extending the serving hours, especially for those who want to sleep in after waking up early to see the birds of Monteverde.

The hotel grounds are beautiful, both inside and out. the staff is friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations and organizing activities. the restaurant on site is excellent and convenient. the rooms are nicely decorated with balconies. the location is good, with a shopping center within walking distance. the hotel has amazing views, relaxing areas, and trails to explore.

We loved the location of Monteverde Lodge & Gardens. It was conveniently close to the town of Santa Elena, but tucked away on its own peaceful property. The grounds were stunning, with beautiful gardens and a lovely pool area. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and the food and drinks at the bar were top-notch. Our room was comfortable and had a great view. as foreign tourists, we found the facilities and amenities at the hotel to be excellent.

We felt genuinely welcomed during our stay and had no complaints at all.
